HARDCORE WARDOGS COMMUNITY / IN PREPARATION
WARDOGS.
PLAY FAIR.
A private hardcore WARDOGS server and TeamSpeak for players who value teamwork and familiar voices.
THE IDEA / SIMPLE BY DESIGN
Know who
you play with.
A place to return to after the next match.
WARDOGS Fairplay brings regular players together on one moderated hardcore server. Meet on TeamSpeak, find a squad and get to know the people you play with.
Vetting is a starting point, not a guarantee against cheating. Reports are reviewed privately, and the same rules apply to everyone.
JOINING THE SERVER
How to join.
Meet the community.
We review your introduction and arrange a conversation before deciding on membership.
Get your joining details.
Approved members receive the game and TeamSpeak details privately. When the server is full, everyone waits their turn.
YOUR NEXT GOOD MATCH STARTS HERE
Apply to join.
We review introductions in small batches. If our queue fills up, applications pause until we have time to read them.
Applications and reports are private. Contact details are used for review and follow-up. Please don’t include sensitive personal information.
RUNNING THE SERVER
Keep the
lights on.
Joining is free. Optional donations help cover the game server and TeamSpeak; they don’t buy priority or influence moderation.

LOOK AFTER THE GAME
Something
not right?
Report suspicious behaviour or a community concern privately. Include the player, time and what happened. A strong score alone isn’t evidence of cheating.
We accept links to video evidence, not uploads. Please preserve the original clip and avoid public accusations.

PRIVACY / BEFORE YOU APPLY
A small amount of data. A clear purpose.
We store what you submit, the submission time and review status. A keyed hash of your network address is used for short-lived submission limits; the application does not store your raw IP address. Hosting infrastructure may have separate logs. Applications and reports are reviewed privately by community moderators. No advertising analytics or public member directory is included.
Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes browser information to help prevent spam. PayPal handles donations on its own website. These providers have their own privacy policies. Submissions are intended to be deleted after 90 days; approved membership records and payment records may need separate retention.
